Components of 2019/20 Fast Program:
  • Three “Winning SBIR/STTR Grants” Education Seminars to raise awareness about how to submit competitive grants and win SBIR/STTR fundingEducation Seminars are aimed to benefit both science-focused startups/entrepreneurs and technology transfer teams and others who assist early stage companies in their path to commercialization.
  • 2020 FAST Cohort: Up to 30 science-focused startup companies will be selected for a cohort who will receive support in submitting a Phase I SBIR/STTR application during the 2020 calendar year. Companies will apply for participation through a competitive process and if accepted, will attend a SBIR/STTR grant readiness day “Boot Camp” (February 5-6) and receive coaching for several months, leading up to their Phase 1 grant submission.
